Miscellaneous Skills
Showcase of various skills I have been acquiring and improving through my career.
Rigging and Animation
Some examples of rigging in Maya(airship and creatures) and Blender(human character).
VFX and Simulations
Particles, fluid and ncloth simulations. Fox Skull is example of Xgen grooming. All in Maya.
2D Motion Graphics
Motion graphics using animated vector designs and digitally painted elements, using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
Drawing and Design
Character concepts, life drawing, still life, thumbnails, realism, stylized, logos, tattoos, digital and traditional.

Texturing and Surfacing
Examples of PBR surfacing, some painted by hand and others using procedural and scanned texture maps.
I use Substance Painter and textures from Quixel Megascans.
Experienced creating completely custom textures to accurately depict reference material, as well as more efficient methods for environment and scene surfacing.
Experimenting
Creating mesmerizing 3D visuals and bringing random ideas to life has helped me to learn so many new skills and techniques to implement into my more serious projects.
I mostly used key frame animation with the sculptures I create, but have started trying out motion capture, MASH networks and procedural/node based experiments that are much faster to develop.
Layout and Lighting
Some examples of scenes I put together for 'Myths and Mind' narrated mini series. I placed the characters, assets and environments and then animated the camera movements to achieve desired compositions. I lit the scenes to establish a cohesive feel and atmosphere.
